We are looking for a reliable and organized Administration Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities, support internal teams, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operational tasks
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to management and teams
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in an administrative role (adjustable)
