Corporate Financial System Advisor

Lead in the design, development, implementation of high complex enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.

Essential Functions

• Lead large cross-OpCo project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases with technical expertise and outstanding project management efficiency.

• Communicates governance and support policies to all levels of staff and management.

• Develop and presents executive level communications on a routine base with senior level authority.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), including P2P, R2R and period end Accounting close.

• Proven expertise in optimizing financial systems across core Record to Report (RTR) functions, specifically encompassing Cash Management, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.

• Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, FTP processes for data connectivity and automation.

• Deep working knowledge and hands-on experience driving system efficiencies in Cash Management, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Reporting and Month End Close Processes.

• Understanding of governance, compliance standards, and audit readiness requirements.

• Experience evaluating trade-offs involving customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strategic and analytical thinking skills to define product direction and assess system improvement opportunities.

• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities to manage complex integrations and modernization trade-offs.

• Oracle Financial Cloud Certifications preferred but not required.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Outstanding project management skills.

Expert with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.

Outstanding quantitative business problem solving skills and leadership abilities. Excellent organizational/time management and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.

Pay: Memphis, TN Range: $7,488.36/mo - $12,355.79/mo. Plano, TX Range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo. Moon Township, PA Range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, or Moon Township, PA. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
