AVERAGE DAY AS A SITE FOREMAN

In this Site Foreman role, you arrive on site prepared to set replacement jobs up for success, meet with homeowners to review the upcoming project, ensure install crews have the resources and direction needed to work efficiently, and maintain Holencik's quality standards throughout the day, all while acting as a confident and approachable leader who keeps communication flowing and the job on track from start to finish.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, business-hours position with varying shifts, typically between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional start times as early as 6:00 AM, depending on project needs.
