Lead Electrician Responsibilities

As a Lead Electrician, you will:

• Lead a crew of 34 electricians/helpers
  
  
• Work closely with a Project Manager on new construction homes

• Walk homes to ensure quality, consistency, and NEC compliance
  
  
• Plan jobs, break projects into manageable phases, and execute efficiently

• Train and develop your crew using our Skill Card training system
  
  
• Hold your team to high standardswithout cutting corners

Performance Bonuses:

Residential Service Electrician Responsibilities

As a Service Electrician, you will:

• Run residential service calls using J&N Electrics proven service process
  
  
• Work with a helper and actively train them to grow into their own role

• Diagnose problems and present homeowners with multiple repair or upgrade options
  
  
• Solve electrical issues thoughtfullynot guesswork

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

• Work confidently in customers homes and represent the company with pride

• Use tablets, photos, notes, and digital tools to document work accurately

To succeed in service, you need to love problem-solving , ask good questions, research solutions when needed, and stay calm under pressure.
