Embroidery Machine Operator

• Willing to train to work a multi-head embroidery machine
• Must be able to be on feet when operating machine
• Learn how to hoop and prepare shirts for running on an embroidery machine
• Good hand-eye coordination for changing needles, re-threading machine
• Read production work orders to understand how an order should run
• Accurately add proper backing and hoop product in stated location
• Monitor the embroidery machine to ensure full functionality during running time
• Communicate in a timely manner with team members
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Must be friendly, energetic, and willing to help where needed
• Must have good hand-eye coordination
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to stand for 8+hours a day
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Problem solving skills
• Read and understand English
