Registered Nurse – 6 Month Contract

Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – 12 hour shifts available. Full-time, 36 hours one week and 48 hours the second week for a temporary 6-month period. The registered nurse will care for our adult and/or adolescent patients on our acute psychiatric units by prescribing, coordinating, and delegating nursing care utilizing the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care. If you are new to behavioral health, this temporary position is a great way to learn about our patient population from seasoned nurses.

Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for over 35 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA., our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Registered Nursse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
