Single Use System Project Manager

Develop and manage integrated SUS & IM project plans in MS Project Online
Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
Structure and monitor execution across multiple workstreams
Track critical paths, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
Govern and maintain the project Risk Register
Prepare and facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and decision forums
Build dashboards and tracking visualizations to improve project transparency
Coordinate internal stakeholders, global functions, QA, and third-party vendors
Escalate risks and recommend mitigation strategies as needed 🎯 Key Responsibilities
Define and validate project scope and objectives with stakeholders
Develop robust, detailed project schedules (tasks, owners, dependencies, deadlines)
Manage meeting cadence, agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and action tracking
Ensure resource planning and allocation is accurately reflected in MS Project Online
Drive structured execution aligned with PMBOK methodologies
Support start-up and qualification activities for SUS and IM within GMP manufacturing ✅ What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience in a large, complex organization
- Experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Background supporting Single Use Systems (SUS) and Incoming Materials (IM) qualification
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience (regional & global teams)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet strict deadlines
- Experience using MS Project Online
- Strong risk management and governance experience
🎓 Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Scientific background preferred)
- Master's degree desirable
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK methodologies
- GMP knowledge preferred
