Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Daily Responsibilities:

• Secure loads using chains, tarps, binders and proper load‑securement techniques.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to meet delivery windows and handle paperwork.

Compensation & Equipment:

• Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000.
• Lease-to-own program enables ownership within one year; fleet includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner.
