What You’ll Do:

Training & Orientation:

• Complete annual online education (Relias) and food safety/cleaning training
• Participate in departmental training on receiving, stock handling, labeling, and dating

Professional Conduct:

• Interact courteously with residents, families, staff, and other departments
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and follow organizational policies
• Demonstrate job knowledge, reliability, and adherence to attendance and safety standards

Dining and Inventory Duties:

• Receive deliveries, verify accuracy, and record temperature checks for food safety
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO method
• Unpack and ice seafood, monitor product freshness, and maintain organized storage
• Perform regular and scheduled cleaning of storerooms, coolers, freezers, shelves, and carts
• Prepare “pulls” for menu items and manage leftover product appropriately
• Maintain proper storage layout and ensure readiness for incoming deliveries
• Stock café and retail items, monitor inventory levels, and report waste or reordering needs
• Monitor emergency water supplies and manage snack inventory orders

Qualifications You Bring:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in basic English communication and math
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing carts up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, walking, bending, and reaching
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Completion and passing of ServSafe certification
• Ability to apply logical thinking and solve routine problems
• Must wear a clean uniform and black slip/oil-resistant shoes

Preferred:

• At least six months of prior receiving or food service training

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am–3:000pm
