Job Role: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Summary
The ServiceNow Technical Architect will design, build, and oversee custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on defining platform patterns, managing complex integrations, ensuring high performance, and leading technical teams. The architect will act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders and project teams to deliver stable, automated, and scalable workflows.

Required Experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization. 
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM development and integrations using REST APIs. 
• Experience interpreting ServiceNow Health Scan and Instance Scan reports and providing remediation solutions. 
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching. 
• Experience with JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform. 
• Knowledge of Domain Separation and Scoped Application management. 
• Experience with the ServiceNow development lifecycle and outcome-based planning. 
• Ability to identify and implement platform performance improvements using Instance Observer. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience with ServiceNow DevOps, CI/CD, and integrations is an added advantage. 
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor ServiceNow engineering teams. 

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage complex ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs.
• Analyze and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Review Health Scan and Instance Scan reports and implement recommended improvements.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting activities.
• Lead and coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for technical and project-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Mentor ServiceNow engineers and promote development best practices.
• Drive continuous platform improvements and ensure scalable, high-performing solutions.
