Location: Lower Gwynedd Township, Pennsylvania

Hours / Schedule : Onsite at 5 - 25 part time hours weekly with transition to full time schedule upon permanent conversion

Overview
Growing and expanding biotech company seeking a multi-faceted Operations Manager to balance administrative, operational, HR, accounting, and laboratory support responsibilities within a rapidly growing company environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, invoicing, timesheets, PTO tracking, and operational administration
• Support accounting functions including QuickBooks, AP/AR activities, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
• Maintain company documentation and systems through SharePoint, DocuSign, and internal operational platforms
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, inventory tracking, grant documentation, and vendor management
• Assist with laboratory operational support including inventory, calibration documentation, buffers, and general lab organization

Requirements

• Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, DocuSign, SharePoint, payroll/timekeeping systems, and operational software platforms
• Experience managing onboarding, invoicing, timesheets, HR administration, and operational processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years in operations, office management, HR administration, or business operations support
• Experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Scientific, or Laboratory environment strongly preferred
• Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
