- Achieve and exceed sales goals through trust-based selling.
- Maintain strong communication and report results promptly.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Proven success in home improvement or other high-ticket sales.
- Track record of $500k+ annual sales preferred.
- Strong closer with great listening and relationship building skills.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends - where the best opportunities are!
- Self-motivated, goal orientated and coachable.
