Hotel Breakfast Attendant

The Home2 Suites By Hilton Allentown Bethlehem Airport is searching for a breakfast attendant to join our team and make sure our guests start out their day the right way! We are looking for someone who is dedicated to the comfort and satisfaction of our hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to multitask by keeping the breakfast bars stocked while interacting with guests at the same time.
• Follow Serv Safe Food Guidelines to prepare and store food.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing.
• Must understand food safety and handling guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must possess the physical ability to work in a demanding position that requires standing and walking for long periods.
• Being able to lift up to 50 pounds as well as reaching, bending, stooping throughout the entire shift.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and how to use them safely.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including holidays and weekends as required by the business needs.
• Ability to work with little supervision and able to multitask while keeping a friendly disposition.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-pace, energetic environment.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
