Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day execution of multiple residential remodeling projects
• Act as the primary communication hub between the client, lead carpenter, subs, and the design/sales team
• Build and manage project schedules and update as needed
• Oversee jobsite performance and problem-solve on the fly
• Ensure job costs stay aligned with budget
• Walk jobs for quality control and ensure punchlist and final details meet standards
• Manage project documentation using JobTread and internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or project management
• Solid understanding of remodeling workflows, permits, and trades
• Proficiency with project management software (JobTread experience is a plus)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and using cloud-based communication tools
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and carry materials when needed
