Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Hybrid)

*This is a hybrid position. Please note this position would require working onsite at our office in Lansdale, PA for onboarding and training, and then 3 days a week (including every Tuesday) after the training period is completed. Please do not apply unless you are able to work onsite at our office in Lansdale a minimum of 3 days a week after the training period.*
The Opportunity:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral part in the Human Resources department to assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with hiring the top talent for Keystone Technologies during our ongoing growth. The position involves a combination of administrative, sourcing and creative TA responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of talent acquisition activities. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will perform administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in all phases of the recruitment cycle while providing an exceptional employee experience.

Your Impact:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates
Screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements
Participate in recruiting events representing Keystone Technologies alongside Talent Acquisition Manager
Coordination and Scheduling
Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and communicate with candidates and interviewers to ensure a seamless process
Manage interview calendars and rooms, providing timely updates and reminders
Candidate Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing information on the recruitment process, timelines, and next steps
Collect and provide feedback to candidates following interviews
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
Organize and upload candidates' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in ATS
Track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system
Create and modify requisitions and positions as needed
Generate reports and metrics related to the recruitment process
Onboarding Support
Assist the pre-employment process by generating background checks and other pre-employment screenings as needed by role
Prepare onboarding packets and swag bags for new hires and assist with coordinating onboarding logistics (paperwork, travel arrangements, and photography)
Create onboarding schedules with hiring managers
Assist with 30-60-90-day onboarding review administration
Facilitate new hire orientation for introductory status employees at PA headquarters location and Keystone satellite warehouse locations
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process
Participate in intake meetings to gather information about job requirements and candidate profiles
Employer Branding
Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Assist in the creation of s and marketing materials
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and organized records related to recruitment activities
Written Communication
Update s and create job postings
Craft new hire and promotion organizational announcements
Assist with preparation of job offer letters
Ad Hoc Projects
Support TA projects as needed (new hire metrics, onboarding videos, etc.)
What you bring:
A Bachelor or Associate degree in Business, or Human Resources is preferred but not required
1-2 years of relevant experience supporting recruiting efforts in similar environment with warehouse recruiting experience
Familiarity with recruitment and hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
Experience with MS Office
Open for a challenge in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
