Valley Green Inn is seeking experienced, professional servers to join our team. Located in the heart of Wissahickon Valley Park between Chestnut Hill and Roxborough, our historic restaurant and event venue (est. 1850) offers a uniquely charming setting paired with high-volume, elevated dining service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, professional service throughout the guest experience
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, beer, and daily features
• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining composure during busy service
• Execute proper steps of service with consistency and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, support staff, and the culinary team
• Complete opening, closing, and side work to established standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
• Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Professional appearance and team-first attitude
