Enrollment Processor (100% Remote – Must Reside in Pennsylvania)

🏢 Location: Remote (Pennsylvania residents only)

🕒 Schedule:

• Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Post-Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Note: Overtime required during Open Enrollment (starting November)

📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Enrollment Processor to join our remote team. This role focuses on processing new marketplace enrollments, with a primary emphasis on Medicare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify Eligibility: Review documentation and confirm applicants meet program criteria. Communicate with members, brokers, and providers as needed.
• Process Enrollment Requests: Handle incoming applications, verify completeness and accuracy, and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Renew Memberships: Manage renewal paperwork and update membership statuses.
• Maintain Accurate Data: Ensure all participant and member records are up to date.
• Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as required.

🎯 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry; basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must provide your own equipment (client may supply a second monitor for pickup)

💡 Additional Info:

• This is a highly independent role with minimal interaction with other reps.
• No inbound calls from members or insurance representatives.

📍 Residency Requirement:

Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania to be considered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
