Assistant Administrative Office Manager

Full or Part time position for a busy and growing psychiatry practice in South Hills area. Practice has multiple providers providing mental health counseling and medication management. Check out our website at
Must have at least 1 yr of experience in a medical office and administration and/or the mental health field, preferably in management and college degree in relevant field. Will consider part time candidate - 25 hrs or so.
Looking for someone who is mature, energetic, positive, team player, analytical, able to make decisions independently, be a self starter, organized, and proactive. Must be computer proficient as we use EMR. Must have good communication skills. Need to have above average writing and comprehension skills. Manager and leadership experience preferred.
Need to have flexible schedule including some late evenings and Saturdays.

We do background checks. Act 33 and 34 clearances required.

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
