Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Job Summary
As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional car-buying experience by guiding customers through the sales process of certified pre-owned vehicles. This position requires a high-energy individual with a passion for helping people, achieving targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming environment on the lot and in the showroom.
Effectively present and demonstrate certified pre-owned vehicle features and benefits.
Utilize dealership tools (CRM, DMS, inventory platforms) to manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct vehicle test drives and provide detailed product knowledge, including manufacturer certification standards.
Negotiate pricing and financing options professionally, adhering to dealership and OEM guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth deal processing and customer satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, CSI goals, and compliance standards.
Maintain current knowledge of inventory, incentives, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry (minimum 2 years strongly preferred).
Familiarity with Certified Pre-Owned programs from top OEMs (e.g., Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Preferred Attributes
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Familiarity with dealership CRM systems like VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or Elead.
Previous experience at a high-volume or award-winning dealership.
