General Dentist
We are seeking a General Dentist to join our well established family dental practice in Lancaster, PA. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of in-field clinical experience or has completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) or an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD).
Practice highlights for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-Service (FFS), PPO, with some Medicaid accepted
- Family-oriented, community-focused care with a diverse patient population
- Collaborative environment with experienced coordinators, assistants, and hygienists
- Large, private group practice (not affiliated with a DSO)
- Low staff turnover and a supportive culture fostering growth at your own pace
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- Base salary starting at $175,000/year or a percentage of collections, based on experience
- Health, vision, dental, and malpractice insurance
- Retirement plan with an increase in benefit package after 1 year
- Mentorship and CE allowance
- Sign-on bonus, Relocation Assistance, & 401(k) plan
Schedule of the Dentist:
- Flexible scheduling (34 hours a week)
- Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays OFF
