Staff Accountant

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Create and post general ledger entries by organizing and maintaining records for recurring and adjusting transactions.

• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts each month and prepare supporting schedules for accounting, financial, and management reporting.

• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial results.

• Analyze general ledger accounts to confirm accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.

• Assist with external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of staff-level accounting experience involving general ledger work, financial statement preparation, closing activities, and reconciliations.

• One or more years of experience working with a large ERP system.

• Strong Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Willow Grove, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
