• 1st Shift – Standard base rate

• 2nd Shift – + $4/hour base rate (Full-Time Only) + $3/hour shift differential

• 3rd Shift - $1/hour shift differential

Full-Time Weekend Option:

• + $2/hour base rate

• + shift differential where applicable

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care in accordance with departmental policies

• Address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents

• Report and document changes in resident conditions

• Assist physicians during rounds, exams, and procedures

• Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders

• Respond effectively in emergency situations (CPR, fire, elopement, etc.)

• Supervise and train nurse aides and new LPNs/Med Techs

• Maintain respectful, cooperative working relationships

• Practice efficient time management and demonstrate flexibility

• Assist with clerical tasks, audits, and survey prep

Requirements:

• Completion of a state-approved LPN program and current PA LPN license

• Basic CPR certification

• Experience in a care facility is a plus, but not required

• Passion for elder care and a heart for service

• Integrity, patience, and compassion

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA

• Physically able to meet job demands (lifting, pushing med cart, bending, kneeling, etc.)
