Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE Director of Business Development:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence.
  • Cultivate and nurture existing relationships with CPA firms and financial partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Apply your consultative sales expertise to understand clients' needs, providing tailored solutions that align with our mission.
  • Demonstrate high energy and drive as a true sales hunter, proactively seeking out and pursuing potential leads.
  • Utilize your strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information and support.
  • Embrace and adapt to new skills and technologies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving field of tax consulting, maintaining a cutting-edge approach.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the achievement of team sales targets, leveraging your track record of success.

YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry.
  • Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners.
  • Strong understanding of finance and tax principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
