Job Summary

The Machine Adjuster will operate and adjust production equipment and wrap and/or pack finished product.

Salary Starting Range: $22.01 - $24.94 + Shift Differential .50¢ for 2nd shift and .60¢ for 3rd shift.

*Shifts 7A-3P, 3P-11P, 11-7A (Must be available to work all shifts at the time of hire.)

Responsibilities

Machine Adjusters and/or Operators perform a variety of duties, including set-up, adjust and maintain machines, such as Envelope, Clasp Envelope, Index Card, Spiral Notebook, Sewn Book, Filler Paper, Pocket, Web-to-Finish, Notebook, and/or Ruling; additionally, wrapping and/or packing finished product.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous set-up and experience in operating manufacturing production equipment is preferred. A mechanical aptitude test is used for selection criteria. Mathematical and mechanical skills are required along with ability to work independently. Ability to use hand tools and operate hand jacks needed.
