NOW HIRING - HVAC Lead Installer (Full-Time)

Job Description and Requirements:

**MUST LIVE WITHIN 20 MILES FROM WEST CHESTER, PA**

Excellent opportunity to join our growing business located in West Chester, PA. We are a 2nd generation, family run business in both HVAC and Plumbing.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to bring their skills and experience to our growing HVAC department.

The ideal candidate requirements include:

Conduct full residential and commercial installs and provide guidance for helpers on job site, with limited supervision.

Requires strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with install of residential and commercial split-systems, mini-splits, and rooftop package systems.

Ability to adapt quickly and work well with others.

Must be capable of lifting 60lbs+

Experience with metal and ductwork fabrication is preferred.

Qualifications must include (but are not limited to):

· 5+ years HVAC Install experience

· EPA certification

· Customer service, sales & communication skills

· Valid PA Driver's License

· Clean background check & driving record

· NATE certification preferred

· TracPipe certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift (8am-4:30pm), Monday-Friday
• Overtime (Occasional)

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Some College / Trade Schooling/ Continuing Education (Preferred)
• License/Certification: NATE (preferred) / TracPipe (preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
