Production Supervisor – Do you have the following:

• 3+ years of experience supervising and leading a production team on 2nd shift
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with either continuous flow or batch processing
• Experience in high-speed environment
• Strong processes orientated
• SAP Experience
• Hands-on management experience with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle stress, calm under pressure, and adept with conflict resolution and solving problems
• Mature, positive, business and people minded, and proactive go-getter

Production Supervisor – Here’s the basics

• Directly manage chemical manufacturing and packing operations with high speed, continuous flow production operations
• Drive growth and take ownership
• Efficient execution of production schedules
• Streamline manufacturing operations by identifying and eliminating delays, auditing workflow to manage productivity, and identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity
• Conduct performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary actions, and compensation adjustments for production and operation of employees
• Heavy background in process improvements and lean manufacturing principles
