Pay: $16–$20/hour + $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement (for client-related travel)
Schedule: Flexible shifts available

About the Role
We are seeking high-level Companion Caregivers who bring warmth, reliability, and emotional intelligence to the seniors we serve. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, if you are naturally kind, observant, and respectful, you may be a great fit for our team.

Our clients are independent-minded seniors who may need support with social interaction, light tasks, and outings — or simply someone trustworthy and kind to share their day with.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and social interaction to older adults

• Accompany clients on walks, errands, or appointments (mileage reimbursed)

• Support with light household tasks (laundry, meal prep, light tidying)

• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisory staff

• Offer a calm, engaging, and empathetic presence in the client’s home

What We’re Looking For

• Naturally compassionate, trustworthy, and patient individuals

• Excellent communication and reliability

• Prior caregiving or volunteer experience is a plus , but not required

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must pass background check
