First Shift Opportunity

Pay: $17-$18/hr

Job Description

The Saw Operator will be responsible for cutting material with the horizontal band saw. This role involves measuring and cutting bar stock according to work orders with precision down to 1/16th of an inch. The candidate will work in a newly constructed, climate-controlled shop.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders.
• Cut parts using the horizontal band saw.
• Pack parts for delivery.
• Lift materials as needed, up to 50 pounds.
• Make local deliveries and pickups as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience with saw operation.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch.
• Valid driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills.

The role may vary from 70% office work and 30% floor work, or vice versa, depending on job requirements and processes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $37440.00/yr.
