Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school in Lancaster, PA, is seeking qualified Special Education Teachers for multiple openings across grades K-12. This contract position covers the uping school year and offers the opportunity to work with diverse student groups within a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification for grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12
• Experience working with students in a K-12 setting preferred
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement tailored instructional strategies
• Strong classroom management and munication skills
• Candidates with emergency certification will not be considered at this time

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with varying disabilities across elementary, middle, or high school levels
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation of student performance and services

pensation for this role ranges between $37 and $53 hourly, mensurate with experience.
