Senior PLM Product Analyst

Trilyon, Inc. is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PLM Product Analyst for a 6-month contract role. This position is based in West Chester, PA, and will be part of a globally distributed, remote team. The ideal Senior PLM Product Analyst will have a deep functional understanding of PLM systems, data architecture, and the software development lifecycle. This is a critical role responsible for translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and driving the delivery of solutions, particularly within the highly regulated Medical Devices industry.

• Requirements Management : As the Senior PLM Product Analyst , you will understand user challenges and system opportunities, then translate them into detailed user stories, requirements, and bugs. You will also be responsible for creating supporting documentation such as process flows, mockups, and functional design guidance.

• Solution Analysis : Evaluate new requests for technical feasibility and alignment with existing solution architecture. You will generate comprehensive fit/gap analyses by comparing the current state of the system and business processes against proposed requirements.

• Team Leadership : You will lead a squad as the Product Analyst (PA), setting priorities, defining scope, and communicating the future roadmap and vision to a globally distributed team of developers, testers, and stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Engagement : The Senior PLM Product Analyst will educate partners on PLM capabilities and data architecture to ensure a clear, shared understanding during requirement and solution definition.

• Issue Resolution : Drive production system issues to resolution by partnering with technical and business partners to perform comprehensive root-cause analysis, assess impact, and generate a holistic solution.

• Strategic Alignment : You will partner with Product and Platform Product Managers to maintain a deep understanding of processes and priorities, aligning squad delivery with value and needs, and reconciling the backlog priority with competing stakeholders.

• PLM Domain Experience : At least 10 years of PLM domain experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience with PLM in the Medical Devices industry.

• Technical Solution Delivery : At least 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions for business problems by driving decisions and alignment between business and technical partners.

• PTC Windchill Expertise :

  • At least 5 years of experience with PTC Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink .

  • At least 3 years of experience with PTC Windchill MPMLink .

• System Integration : At least 2 separate instances of implementations of a Windchill-ERP integration .

• Database Knowledge : At least 1 year of practical knowledge of relational database architectures, including the ability to query Oracle databases using SQL statements .

• Methodologies : Strong understanding and experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (i.e., Scrum, SAFe).

• Leadership : Proven experience leading a team that was globally distributed and remote .

• Communication : The ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners, lead and empower teams, and possess effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with cross-functional and global teammates.

• Functional Acumen : A deep functional understanding of PLM system solutions and data architecture to enable the digital thread of product data to external systems and data consumers.

• An independent working style where results can be delivered with minimal supervision.

• The ability to shift between multiple initiatives and projects the team is working on to deliver.
