Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Float to other clinic locations required during the assignment.
• Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, and document per clinic and payer requirements.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and continuing education requirements.
• Experience supervising or directing discipline-specific therapy services and participation in student training preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 Week assignment.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Start: Target start in May/June (approximate).
• Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float to other facilities as needed.
