Weekend Warrior Program – Earn $22.00 per hour!

Join our Weekend Warrior Program and take advantage of enhanced pay while supporting our residents during high-need weekend shifts. This program is perfect for Resident Assistants who want consistent weekend hours, bonus pay, and a clearly structured schedule. Weekend Warriors play an essential role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring smooth weekend operations.

Weekend Warrior Highlights:

• Earn $22.00/hr for all weekend hours worked
• Commit to a consistent weekend schedule to support resident care
• Must complete all required training, orientation, and competencies
• Must report on time and work all scheduled hours to remain eligible
• Participate in annual evaluations and required meetings

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
• Respond to needs promptly and with compassion
• Support the nursing team with delegated tasks as needed

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• HHA (Home Health Aide) Certificate, preferred
• CNA certification, preferred
• Previous experience in senior care or a related field, preferred
