Cousins Mike is a chef-owned, family-run business producing fresh, scratch-made meals for schools, families, and community partners across the Philadelphia area. We’re seeking skilled, professional kitchen staff to join our South Philadelphia production kitchen .
Position available immediately. Hands-on interview required.
About the Role:
- Schedule: Early morning and daytime hours.
- Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen.
- Responsibilities: Heavy prep, consistent production, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Solid knife skills and strong prep ability.
- Ability to count, measure, and follow recipes precisely.
- Commitment to cleanliness and safe food handling.
- Professionalism in a family business environment.
- Reliability and readiness to work in an intense production setting.
