Production Worker

Are you a motivated individual looking for a stable career in manufacturing? We're seeking enthusiastic Production Workers to join our team in West York, near Thomasville. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:
Contribute to the production of high-quality products, including liquid laundry detergent and gummy vitamins.
Perform hands-on tasks such as loading, feeding, inspecting, and assembling products.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Loading and feeding bottles onto production lines.
Inspecting products for quality and removing defects.
Assembling product displays.
Handling materials, including cat litter.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Day Shifts:
Mon-Fri (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM),
Thu-Fri (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM) & Sat-Sun (5:30 AM - 5:30 PM),
Mon-Tue (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM) & Sat-Sun (5:30 AM - 5:30 PM),
Sat-Sun (5:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Afternoon Shifts:
Mon-Fri (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)

Night Shifts:
Mon-Fri (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM),
Thu-Fri (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM) & Sat-Sun (5:30 PM - 5:30 AM),
Mon-Tue (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM) & Sat-Sun (5:30 PM - 5:30 AM),
Sat-Sun (5:30 PM - 5:30 AM)

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Minimum age of 18.
Preferred: Experience in a GMP or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for purposes of work commands and safety.
Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
