THE POSITION

Were looking for a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist with a specialty focus on orthopedic manual physical therapy. We are focused on finding a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated leader that will provide a transformative experience for our patients and staff as well as achieve success in the community by growing our brand of Physical Therapy.

Job Requirements:

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
• License to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania (Direct Access license preferred but not required)
• Preferred at least 1-2+ years' experience treating in an outpatient orthopedic setting, however new grads are encouraged to apply
• Computer skills and ability to navigate EMR for requisite documentation and billing
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver exemplary customer service to our patients from evaluation through discharge
• Ability to independently carry a caseload of patients and deliver evidence-based and expertise-driven treatment plans that yield positive clinical outcomes
• Ability to amongst a team of dynamic individuals with a shared Patient First mentality
• Possess the confidence and drive to interact with our current and future referral sources
• Ability to interpret trends, receive feedback, and optimize KPI data to deliver superior performance and outcomes
• Must possess a high motor and not afraid to add to our team by advancing our position in a competitive marketplace in accordance with our company mission and values
• Be a positive and upbeat individual who thrives working in a team environment
• A desire to grow with the practice by embedding yourself in the culture of our clinic and the surrounding community

MOTIVE Sports & Physical Therapy is based in Media, PA. The clinic location is a great place to work because it is easily accessible. We are located on Providence Rd in the borough with convenient access to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
