Customer Solutions Consultant (Remote Work Optional)
About the Role
The Customer Solutions Consultant helps our customers by providing training, guidance, and support for Cargas Energy. You'll build consulting and technical skills while helping customers adopt core system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training for users on core Cargas Energy modules
Support system setup, configuration, and implementation
Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate complex situations
Participate in software testing and document results
Maintain accurate customer and system documentation
Complete project tasks within timelines and budgets
Collaborate with consultants and project teams
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Build knowledge of Cargas Energy functionality and integrations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience in a business setting
Ability to learn new software systems and business applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license
This role is a leveled position at Cargas. Leveling within the role is determined by Cargas using established internal criteria and will be assessed during the hiring process.
Additional Experience We Value
Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
Experience in the energy industry
Experience with accounting, financial processes, or business systems
Technical troubleshooting experience
