This South Central Pennsylvania opportunity offers CRNAs a balanced, flexible career in a region known for rolling countryside, easy commutes, and family-friendly living. The compensation structure rewards your efforts, with 40 hour a week earnings for tenured CRNAs reaching the $400Ks and the ability to add overtime when you want it.
New graduates and experienced providers will both appreciate the generous bonus programs: students may receive up to $175K in total support including a stipend The employer also other loan assistance programs and participates in PSLF. A PTO bank of up to 3 weeks is advanced at the start, retirement can reach into the $30K+ value annually.
