Title Insurance Technology Sales Representative - Pittsburg

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Remote in area) - Need to be local and able to travel at least 1 week per month.
(*Must have solid understanding of title insurance and/or background in residential real estate)
We are seeking a Title Insurance Technology Sales Representative for the Pittsburgh area to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while playing a pivotal role in transforming title insurance processes through advanced technology solution s.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by promoting cutting-edge technology that revolutionizes access to title history and property tax data. Your expertise will empower title companies across the nation, making you a key player in the financial services sector. The Sales Representative will build and maintain a strong residential client base that includes title agents, brokers, lenders, builders, attorneys, and others by acquiring new business and nurturing existing relationships. The goal is to achieve maximum sales and fully tap into the potential of all markets for title insurance technology products and services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in residential real estate or title insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to surpass sales targets with a deep understanding of the title insurance industry.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience in business development or client acquisition within professional services is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Must be available to travel for at least one week each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales quotas and revenue objectives consistently.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining robust client relationships.
- Collaborate with team to enhance brand visibility.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Participate in industry event s to strengthen market presence.
- Interact daily with other work groups (Operations, Marketing and Escrow branches
- Communicate proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients
- Create lists of potential customers, then develop and carry out a call plan targeting qualified real estate agents, brokers and their teams, as well as lenders and attorneys.
