We’re growing and hiring Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblers for our expanding 2nd shift team! If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and building electronic products (or crafting, building Legos or doing diamond art), this is a great opportunity to get started—no experience required.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble printed circuit boards following instructions and diagrams
- Cut, form, and prepare electronic components
- Perform manual placement of through-hole components
- Assemble chassis and electromechanical components
- Use hand tools and small hardware to complete assemblies
- Follow quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams, and small print
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfort working with small parts and repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- No prior experience needed – we will train!
