- Earn a PAID food handler certificate
- Learn and follow our signature recipes as well as portion and production guidelines
- P romoting our safety culture, to include use and maintenance of PPE
- Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters.
- Can cross - train between scratch kitchens, quick service, associate dining and catering facilities .
- Participate in the execution of special events taking place throughout the season
