MarCom Project Manager (Workfront)

Type: 3 month contractCompensation: $50-$55/hr W2Location: Remote in the US, must work ESTOur client is looking for a MarCom Project Manager strong with Workfront and experience in the financial services - retirement space. The position partners closely with Communications Directors and Content Strategists, as well as Retirement business leaders, Service and Operations teams, Compliance, Legal, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, and UX design teams to manage communication initiatives from intake through execution.This role supports the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of client-facing regulatory, marketing, and operational communications. Workfront is used daily in this role to support timely delivery of client communications. Responsibilities:Manage marketing and communication projects from intake through completion.Serve as a primary point of contact between Marketing and internal business partners.Review incoming requests to assess scope, requirements, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs.Use Workfront daily to manage project intake, workflow coordination, timelines, status updates, dependencies, approvals, and delivery tracking.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.Act as the bridge between Marketing, Retirement business stakeholders, Service and Operations teams, Legal, Compliance, and leadership.Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.Coordinate development and execution of print materials, direct mail, email campaigns, web content, and operational communications.Partner with copywriters, designers, digital teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.Ensure communications meet business requirements, brand standards, and regulatory obligations.Support communication modernization, optimization, and enterprise transformation initiatives.Assist in gathering and sharing project performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.Demonstrate core values and perform additional duties as assigned.Take a consultative approach when partnering with stakeholders.Influence cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability.Present project plans, updates, risks, and recommendations clearly.Lead projects through effective planning, organization, and execution.Maintain professionalism while supporting highly visible initiatives.
