Accounts Receivable Clerk

Scott Electric has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA, location for an Accounts Receivable Specialist Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Billing and account reconciliation


• Posting payments to customer accounts


• Manage tax exemption for customer accounts


• Work closely and communicate with other Soctt Electric Company departments, such as sales, customer service, accounts payable, and credit

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years education or experience in accounting
  


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent mathematical skills


• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must submit a background check and drug testing
