Service Advisor

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, addressing vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnostics, repairs, and the status of their vehicles.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service work.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and repair orders.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing updates and answering questions throughout the service process.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to quality, organization, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Experience in an automotive environment required.
