Ritz-Craft is hiring an AutoCAD Drafting Engineer to help create detailed drawings for custom modular homes and commercial projects. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to turn designs into real, buildable structures.
What You'll Do- Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Produce drawings and construction documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to finalize designs
- Support material takeoffs and project planning
- 2+ years of AutoCAD experience
- Experience with construction drawings (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- $24–$28/hour + performance bonuses
- Stable, family-owned company
- Work on custom residential & commercial projects
- Growing modular construction industry

- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Frequent use of drafting software and standard office equipment
- Occasional standing, walking, and movement in production areas
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
