We’re seeking a hands?on Mechanical Supervisor to lead daily mechanical maintenance operations in a fast?paced industrial manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible role for a safety?driven leader who excels at developing teams, improving reliability, and keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a skilled team of mechanical technicians through onboarding, training, succession planning, and performance management
• Champion a safety?first culture , ensuring compliance, incident investigations, and environmental standards
• Oversee daily shop operations , coordinating maintenance, repairs, installations, and outages
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and Planning teams to schedule work and control downtime
• Monitor backlog, job feedback, and schedule adherence to continuously improve maintenance effectiveness
• Manage maintenance budgets , purchase requisitions, invoices, and discretionary spend
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives , including PM/PdM, reliability programs, 6S, RCFA, and asset management
• Serve in the on?call supervisor rotation and support operations during critical events

What You Bring

• Journeyman certification (or equivalent hands?on mechanical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead people , resolve conflict, and communicate across all levels of an organization
• Strong working knowledge of SAP / SAP?PM or comparable CMMS systems
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Mechanical aptitude including reading drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
• Commitment to safety and ability to wear required PPE
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
