We seek detail-oriented individuals to perform auto damage appraisal and assessment. Individuals must be willing to contribute to a team-based environment. No one individual can perform each role, and we need strong teammates to support our process and growth. We value the traits of learning and growth.

Auto damage appraisal requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and continued education. Auto collision experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and support the development of the right individuals.

Pro Team Collision is a manufacturer-certified repair center for Ford, GM, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Acura, FCA (Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram), Mazda, and Alfa Romeo. To be the premier repair center, our industry requires continued education.

Required:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in the US
• Appraisers License; or in the process of achieving

Plus:

• I-Car Pro Level 3
• 2 years experience (including technical school)
• Manufacturer Certifications

Compensation based on experience
