ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of our sales division, ensuring we are hitting our growth targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Mentor and guide a talented group of agents, helping them hone their craft and reach their personal career milestones.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new business opportunities within the Scranton area.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with community members and local business owners.
Develop internal training programs that foster a culture of constant improvement and professional curiosity.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our agencys long-term vision and operational efficiency.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
Minimum of five years experience in insurance sales or high-level client acquisition.
Strong track record of mentoring or leading sales professionals.
Deep understanding of the local Scranton insurance market and community dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Expertise in CRM platforms and data-driven sales reporting.
Excellent public speaking and presentation capabilities.
