‍⚕️ What You’ll Do

1. Supervise and support nursing staff across shifts
2. Ensure high-quality resident care and clinical standards
3. Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
4. Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
5. Serve as a resource and leader for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
6. Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
3. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
4. Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team
