Salary: $125,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually Description Engineering Manager Job Description We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee facility-wide engineering operations. This role focuses on optimizing plant performance, managing high-level infrastructure investments, and leading a multi-disciplinary technical team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities- Strategic Capital Management: Lead the lifecycle of facility capital projects, from long-term planning and budgeting to final execution and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Direct internal engineering departments, ensuring resource allocation aligns with operational goals and safety standards.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with cross-functional leads (Quality, Maintenance, and Production) to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and enhance equipment reliability.
- Contractor Oversight: Manage external vendors and specialized contractors to ensure third-party work meets internal technical and safety specifications.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert for complex troubleshooting and the development of standardized maintenance procedures for sophisticated machinery.
- Process Innovation: Identify and implement technical upgrades to improve system accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience managing engineering teams and large-scale industrial projects within a manufacturing setting.
- Project Mastery: Strong track record of delivering complex technical initiatives on strict timelines and budgets.
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
