At Dressed by Filling’s, we believe getting dressed should feel empowering, effortless, and fun. We’re known for our curated collections, personalized styling, and elevated customer service—and we’re growing!

Your Role:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Dressed by Filling’s, providing attentive, one-on-one service and helping our clients look and feel their best every time they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service in a high-end retail environment
• Style clients confidently and thoughtfully, building long-term relationships
• Maintain a deep understanding of our collections and seasonal trends
• Support day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, stock management, and keeping the boutique beautiful
• Assist with boutique events, private appointments, and seasonal styling sessions

We're Looking For:

• A love for women’s fashion and a natural eye for style
• Previous retail or styling experience (luxury/boutique background is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A professional, polished, and welcoming presence
• A self-starter with a collaborative spirit
• Someone that is able to work on Saturdays
